I work with students in practical ways to build strength, increase range of motion, and manage stress. In class, we investigate through both traditional and contemporary approaches to yoga and functional movement, with an emphasis on mindfulness.

Kelly is a remarkable yoga teacher and I have had the privilege of studying with her for the last few years. Kelly guides her classes with kindness, expertise and honesty. In my first class, I realized I could close my eyes and know exactly how to move. She describes muscles I didn't know I had, which allow the body to move easily. She is non-judgmental and inspiring. I am always taller and happier when I leave her class.
