STRENGTH & EASE
An efficient practice that promotes subtlety over force. All-levels with modifications to intelligently activate your alignment. Yogis focus on breath, asana, and meditation to support a life-long practice.
YOGA FOR 55+
Gentle Hatha yoga combined with creative Somatic movements to encourage and enhance mobility. Meditation techniques explored.
ASHTANGA FLOW
Breath initiated movement based on Ashtanga and Iyengar. Contemporary approaches to asana and alignment. Class incorporates meditation and modifications for all levels.
HATHA
An exploration in to somatics, asana, action, and movement to stabilize, mobilize, meditate, and breathe!
FLOW
Postures are linked with breath, and strength is explored creatively as well as through traditional asana. Meditation and pranayama included.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
An exploration into progressive strengthening for overall health, drawing from different modalities, including yoga, pilates, barre, FRC, and more!
